Full Wrap VS Partial Wrap
Vehicle wraps are a powerful marketing tool that can help businesses of all sizes reach new customers. If you're looking for a way to promote your brand or communicate a specific message, there are several types of wraps to choose from.
which wrap is right for you?
Full wraps are the most comprehensive option, covering the entire vehicle from bumper to bumper. This type of wrap is ideal for businesses that want to make a big impact and stand out from the crowd. With a full wrap, you can display your brand logo, tagline, and any other relevant information in a bold and eye-catching way.
Partial wraps are a more cost-effective option that still allows you to promote your business effectively. These wraps cover a smaller portion of the vehicle, such as the sides or back, and can be customized to include your branding and messaging.
No matter what type of wrap you choose, it's important to work with a professional to ensure that the design and installation are done correctly. With the right vehicle wrap, you can turn your fleet of vehicles into a powerful marketing tool that helps you reach new customers and grow your business.
our vehicle wrap process
Step 1:
Pre-Work Inspection
An inspection allows us to determine some important information, like body damage, previous wrap quality (if applicable), and other factors that could complicate the wrap later in the process.
Step 2:
Design
Our talented graphic designers can work with you to create the wrap design of your dreams. If you already have a wrap designed, we'll make sure the files are optimized for your wrap.
Step 3:
Printing & Finishing
We use only premium vinyl and laminate for vehicle wraps because we believe quality leads to longevity, which leads to a better ROI for you. Ultra-premium vinyl and laminate are available for an additional cost.
Step 4:
Vehicle Prep
For proper vinyl application, the vehicle's exterior must be thoroughly cleaned. Any debris, dust, or dirt could cause graphics to fail prematurely. Previous wraps may need to be steamed off, which can add time and cost to the project.
Step 5:
Applying Vinyl
Once the graphic panels are ready and the vehicle is prepped, the vinyl application begins. This process can take several days, depending on the size and complexity of the vehicle. This is the most important step in the process, and where our expertise as 3M Certified installers rises above the other sign shops.
Step 6:
Final Inspection
Every vehicle that is wrapped goes through an in-depth quality control process. Our team of expert installers check every detail of the wrap, from the color and texture to the alignment and placement, to ensure a flawless finish. We take great pride in delivering exceptional vehicle wraps that not only protect your vehicle's paint but also make it stand out on the road.
our vehicle wrap process
1. Pre-Work Inspection – An inspection allows us to determine some important information, like body damage, previous wrap quality (if applicable), and other factors that could complicate the wrap later in the process.
2. Design – Our talented graphic designers can work with you to create the wrap design of your dreams. If you already have a wrap designed, we'll make sure the files are optimized for your wrap.
3. Printing – We use only premium vinyl (Avery Dennison 1105 EZRS) and laminate (DOL 1360) for vehicle wraps because we believe quality leads to longevity, which leads to a better ROI for you. The design is broken down into ‘panels’ of graphics that can be individually applied to the vehicle. Ultra-premium vinyl and laminate are available for an additional cost.
4. Finishing – All panels are laminated to ensure graphics are protected from environmental factors like rain, heat, snow, scuffs, etc.
5. Vehicle Prep – The exterior of the vehicle must be cleaned to a very high-standard before any vinyl is applied. If there is any dirt, debris, or even dust on the vehicle, it could lead to the graphics failing earlier than intended. If a previous wrap needs to be removed, the old vinyl will be steamed off, which adds some time to the process. We can handle the cleaning of and removal of old wraps for an additional charge.
6. Laying Vinyl – Once the graphic panels are ready and the vehicle is prepped, the vinyl application begins. This process can take one to several days, depending on the size and complexity of the vehicle. This step is the most important of all, and where our expertise as professional-grade installers rises above the other sign shops.
7. Final Inspection – All wrapped vehicles go through a thorough quality inspection to ensure your satisfaction.
Decals and Lettering
Decals have a wide range of applications. They can be used to spread a message on vehicles, advertise at the checkout counter of a retailer, or decorate windows, doors, floors, and walls.
We specialize in creating custom decals using high-quality materials and inks that can withstand wear and tear, whether on the road or in water. Depending on your desired look, we finish decals with either glossy or matte lamination, which provides additional protection and prolongs the graphic's lifespan.
Vinyl lettering on your vehicle ensures that your message is heard loud and clear, no matter where you go.
