As a Sign Installer, you will work primarily in the field, installing a wide array of interior and exterior signage, including channel letters, cabinet signs, post and panel, stud letters, and vinyl graphics. The position also includes in-shop prep work and infrequent travel across the Southeast. While experience in sign installation is preferred, we are open to training a motivated, dependable candidate with a background in mechanical or skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Install Signage: Set up exterior and interior signage projects that meet client standards for quality and durability.
- Survey and Maintenance: Conduct site surveys, remove existing signs, and perform repair services as needed.
- Interpret Instructions and Drawings: Accurately interpret work orders, drawings, and use tape measures with precision.
- Field and Shop Duties: Prepare materials, operate bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and power tools to complete installations and repairs safely.
- Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory for installation materials and tools
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for sign quality, keeping customer satisfaction and safety at the forefront.
- Client and Team Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to supervisors, team members,
and clients to ensure project alignment. - Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience Level: 2-3 years in sign installation preferred, but entry-level and apprenticeships considered. Journeyman-level experience a plus.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL is a bonus (training available).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable reading technical drawings, working out of aerial lifts and on ladders; experience with boom lifts and light electrical work viewed favorably.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors in varied weather, and adapt to physically demanding tasks.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to secure signage effectively to buildings and other assets.
- Soft Skills: Service-oriented, team-focused, and quality-driven with a consistent positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Surveying: Experience with site surveys, including photos, measurements, accessibility evaluations, and signage inventory.
- Commercial Signage Installation: Background in installing channel letters, cabinets, post and panel signs, etc.
- Organized and Self-Motivated: Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
