As Project Manager, you will oversee exterior signage and environmental graphics projects, ensuring they are completed to meet our high standards for quality, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires hands-on project management, from initial planning through final installation, and a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
We’re looking for an experienced, career-focused Project Manager to lead projects, build client relationships, and support our team’s growth. This position has long-term potential to evolve into an executive leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage signage and branding graphics projects, focusing on client satisfaction and profitability.
- Workflow Management: Utilize project management systems to prioritize tasks, manage production workflows, and consolidate jobs to align with deadlines.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding promptly to phone, email, text, and in-person communications.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate across sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Estimating & Pricing: Manage or support the estimating and pricing process for various graphics, signs, and wraps.
- Site Surveys: Conduct or coordinate site surveys to gather details necessary for design, estimation, permitting, production, and installation.
- Permit Management: Handle permit applications, including research, application completion, municipal communication, and overseeing necessary drawings.
- Installation Coordination: Oversee installation schedules and logistics, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service & Quality: Uphold our standards for excellent customer service and high-quality work, proactively resolving project challenges.
- Supplier & Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with external suppliers and third-party partners to fulfill project requirements.
- Production & Installation Support: Offer support to production and installation teams, including occasional hands-on assistance as needed.
- Business Development Support: Assist in overall business growth initiatives, contributing to the development of organizational processes and a positive team culture.
- Additional Tasks: General office duties, occasional errands and deliveries, and other tasks as required to drive team success.

Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrated experience managing signage and graphics projects; account/project management experience in a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service focus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to verify work for quality and accuracy before client review.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and web applications; familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Cloud or Corel Draw) and project management tools (Wrike) is a plus.
- Estimating Skills: General experience with signage and graphics estimating.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility: Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to dynamic project demands.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read tape measures, interpret drawings, perform basic calculations, and operate tools.
